Alley chic has chosen Australia post for all shipments in Australia and Internationally in some occasions you can be upgraded to courier service based on what’s best for your order and location

We use Australia Post, which provides you with a unique tracking code for your package that can be tracked online via the following link:

NSW 2-4 working days in Australia

INTERNATIONAL 6-10 working days in most countries

This will vary depending whether you live in a metro or rural area

1-2 working days Australia wide.

2-4 working days (2-6 in some countries)  however shown upon checkout
This will vary depending whether you live in a metro or rural area

International rates are charged and calculated upon checkout depending on where you are located this is automatic and this is based on location


All deliveries are weight based, Australia Post charges every order differently depending on the weight of the item and also the location its going to, therefore certain items will have a different cost depending on how heavy the item is, if you add items to the cart and there is a price difference upon checkout this is based on weight of the item and location.

If you checkout multiple items all weights are added into the one checkout so need to complete separately. 

Shipping time varies per destination. Please note that this does not include customs processing delays.
International customers may be required to pay sales tax, duty and/or Customs charges.
Please note: All Taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. Taxes and customs charges differ depending on the country and state of the shipping address. which may be charged to your purchase upon entry to your country. Please contact your local customs office for further information Alley chic is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order.

Please understand that we have no power or authority over our couriers and is not responsible for any delivery schedule and cannot guarantee your item will be received in the above time frame we have provided you with an approximation
Sometimes unpredictable delays can occur, weather issues, traffic situations or flood of mail our couriers receive can cause delays

Please note we are not responsible for Australia Post’s delivery schedule and cannot guarantee your item will be received in the above time frame. It is just an estimate. Sometimes unforeseen delays occur due to an influx of mail/packages Australia Post has received, if you live in a metropolitan or rural area or if there have been any public holidays.

If you have provided us with an incorrect address or postcode, please use contact form via menu tab “contact/refunds”ASAP so we can fix the issue before your item is sent out. If you have noticed an error after the package has been dispatched

If your item does not arrive or is lost in transit, we are not legally responsible. Once the parcel has been lodged with Australia Post it is considered their property until delivery has been made. If further investigation is required to locate your parcel, we will assist in any way we can but are not responsible for the outcome. However, all packages sent out are fully traceable so it is unlikely this will occur.
